Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you when products leave our fulfillment center. Shipping and delivery dates given by us are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Nuance Salma Hayek is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing insurance and/or signature confirmation for packages over $200. You can also designate a backup delivery location or reschedule delivery through the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Nuance Salma Hayek accepts returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Store credit may be issued for returns without receipts.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized orders also cannot be returned or exchanged.
